From project start, Carl McCain is the nucleus of the action, working with clients, construction professionals and subcontractors to build masterpiece homes ranging in size 2,200 to more than 10,000 square feet. With the aid of architectural and design services, floor plans can be tailored to the needs of each homeowner, ultimately creating beautiful and unique spaces. The exteriors of MGM homes take on various forms, from Farmhouse to Tudor to Cape Cod to Williamsburg styles etc. MGM Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC is flexible, allowing for a multitude of specialty materials including glass, stone, tile, cedar, granite and marble.
The owner of MGM Custom Homes & Remodeling, Carl McCain, has been building houses for 40+ years and is the recipient of multiple OBIE awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

Design Your Custom Home
Carl McCain will work with you and / or your architect to customize your new home to be the Dream Home that you envision. Carl can usually work with your CAD drawing to make changes to your plan - these changes can be incorporated into the final construction costs.
Pre-construction & Design
This initial phase of the project serves to lay out the scope for the contractor and the homeowner. Pre-Construction services will include preliminary planning and engineering services offered by contractor – and in the case of MGM Custom Homes – can include design services – working from your plans.
Construction Estimate
First and foremost, accurate cost estimation makes for clear negotiations between client and contractor. By showing the client how the final price is broken down with the product specification sheet - and - suddenly, everything starts making more sense to the homeowner. Well-structured cost estimation documentation not only validates the contractor’s costs – it allows the homeowners to see how the construction costs lead to the finished home.

Carl McCain monitors the construction closely to verify that the construction workers and sub-contractors are following the plans, using the specified materials and not compromising construction quality. On-site inspections are conducted continually to keep professional eyes on the project.

Our Quality Guarantee
Your MGM Custom Home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty that provides coverage for the first 12 months after closing and addresses failure of the home or its systems to perform as they should. Coverage includes all major mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, heating and air) as well as many other issues related to the integrity and proper operation of the new home due to equipment, materials or installation.
Manufactured products are covered by the Warranty of the Manufacturer – placement of these products is covered by MGM using detailed instructions from the manufacturer. Please make yourself familiar with these Warranties – they may become useful information in the future.
