Pre-construction & Design

Both the contractor and homeowner will meet during the pre-construction phase. After the first meeting, they will take care of preliminary planning and engineering services as agreed upon, often offered by a contractor.
If you decide to partner with us at MGM Custom Homes, we can include your plans as part of the design phase.

Construction Estimate

No one wants surprises during the custom home construction project. Because of that, we want full transparency between client and contractor: we show every client the final price, break it down with our product specification sheet, and take the time to explain every number for as long as necessary.

On-Site Consultations

Home construction is complicated: too many people, materials, and moving parts are involved. Because of that, our team closely monitors the construction to ensure contractors, sub-contractors, and workers are doing their part and following the plan.

The final touches involve your first walkthrough: you'll finally see the house you dreamed of so many times! This is where we can go over every detail and discuss things you want included in your "30-day list" to be addressed/fixed by our team before you move into your new custom home.

Our Quality Guarantee

Your MGM Custom Home comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty that provides coverage for the first 12 months after closing and addresses failure of the home or its systems to perform as they should. Coverage includes all major mechanical systems (electrical, plumbing, appliances, heating and air) as well as many other issues related to the integrity and proper operation of the new home due to equipment, materials or installation.

Manufactured products are covered by the Warranty of the Manufacturer – placement of these products is covered by MGM using detailed instructions from the manufacturer. Please make yourself familiar with these Warranties – they may become useful information in the future.
